Forum members have actively supported a number of programs, past and present, that benefited women and the county.

The Women's Policy Forum targets activities that advance the interests of women, from the mentoring of students at Young Women's Leadership Academy in Fort Worth to creating an international information exchange with women in Toluca, Mexico. In 2015, Forum leaders traveled to Toluca, Mexico to begin an ongoing exchange on the subject of domestic abuse and women's health and were part of Toluca, Mexico. In the fall of 2015, WPF leaders traveled to Toluca for an exchange on the subject of domestic abuse and women's health and were part of Toluca's first international Women: Engine of Change Symposium. In the spring of 2017, WPF reciprocated by hosting the Women: Engine of Change Symposium, featuring visiting women leaders from Toluca and local leaders from Tarrant County.

Currently, there are several options for members and guests to participate in:

Monthly Luncheons: Each month, the Forum luncheon focuses on issues of broad importance to women.

Programs feature subject matter experts and have included topics like legislative impacts, race relations and gender equity. RSVPs are required. Luncheon costs include meal, programming and valet parking.
