Women's Policy Forum Members Participated in Mayor's Task Force on Race and Culture

Women's Policy Forum participated with Links, Junior League and Hispanic Women's Network in Community Conversations on Race and Culture as part of a Task Force on Race and Culture established by Mayor Betsy Price. Women: Engine of Change Conference Awarded 2017 Eisenhower Award

On Sept. 20, 2017, Women's Policy Forum and Hispanic Women's Network of Tarrant County accepted the Fort Worth Sister Cities' Eisenhower Award for Organizational Involvement for the "Women: Engine of Change Conference", April 11-13, 2017. The conference continued a partnership between women leaders in Toluca, Mexico and Fort Worth that began in 2015. The gathering explored through lectures and personal interactions the issues of leadership, domestic violence and immigration in the U.S. and Mexico.
