January Lunchtime Presentation

Change Your LENS:
A model for understanding cultural differences

 "Despite good intentions, it is easy to judge others based on our cultural viewpoint. We need to intentionally disrupt this process in order to recognize the nature of our own cultural influences and to understand and validate another’s cultural influences."

2020 Events

News & Networking - June 25

In June, we restarted our News & Networking event as an online Zoom chat with
Connie Sanchez, director of the play, AMON! The Ultimate Texan. We learned some interesting things about the play
and also had a great discussion about our current day leaders in Fort Worth whose story could be told this way.   

Coffee & Conversation

Our second Coffee & Conversation event for 2019 focused on women's health issues.  We heard from several women who are involved with local agencies and organizations working to improve women's health in our community.  See a complete summary
