As a cabinet member with more than 15 years of work experience in both the nonprofit and educational sectors, Natalie is ready to combine her passion for student achievement, sharp visionary intellect and dedication to organizational success with leading T3’s talented team. Her track record of managing high performing teams and instilling operational excellence in K-12 and higher education has prepared her for the transformational work required to lead T3 through the critical organizational stages of growth and longevity.

Natalie joins T3 after serving as the Chief of Staff and Director of Institutional Advancement at Paul Quinn College (PQC), an HBCU in Dallas, Texas. In that capacity, she worked to forge strategic alliances to advance the growth goals of the PQC Corporate Work Program and the development initiatives of the College. Natalie has more than a decade of experience creating effective and sustainable solutions to raise student achievement. Prior to joining PQC, Natalie was the Chief of Staff and Senior Vice President of Achievement Solutions and Corporate Strategy for EdisonLearning. While at EdisonLearning, she managed the strategic alliance with Magic Johnson Enterprises, led an education division of over 600 employees, and was the Executive Director of Friends of Magic, a corporate and community engagement effort for the national network of Magic Johnson Bridgescape Academies.

Natalie is a graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School and Arizona State University with degrees in Philosophy and Journalism. She relocated to Dallas/Fort Worth from Phoenix, Arizona with her husband Morris L. Williams III. Natalie and Morris have a blended family of three children.
