Monica Angélica Alvarez Nemer

Monica Angelica Alvarez Nemer attended Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education, Toluca, Meixoco and Whitnall High School in Wisconsin, where she graduated. She received a bachelor of administrative systems and computer science from Universidad Iberoamericana. In addition, she received a diplomas for Women in Politics and Government, "in Image Development, "Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiors of Monterrey, Campus Toluca "  She also completed a courses in Municipal Administration, "Institute of Technology and Studies Superiors of Monterrey, Campus Toluca, Regidores, "Technological Institute and Higher Studies of Monterrey, Campus Toluca "Community Development and Social Entrepreneurship focused on Movement of One People One Product, and "JICA" "Asian Pacific University" Beppu Japan.

She holds a Diploma in Art History in Mexico, "Colegio Argos, S.C" Diploma in History of Mexico, "Centro Cultural Guadalupe, S.C." Specialty in Marketing, "SUN University of Miami" and completed a Course in Management and Senior Management, "IPADE" Specialty in Total Quality, an "ITAM" Diploma in Human Development, "Colegio Argos, an S.C Diploma in History of Mexico, "Centro Cultural Guadalupe, S.C."

(International Sister's Cities), Member of the Board of Trustees Pro-Historical Center of Toluca, A.C.
